From Vphonet client to land line or mobile
Online or Offline. Calls will be transferred automatically to land line or mobile phone. The Call Out service must be activated on your account in order to forward the call.
The phone will ring at your home or office with your caller being charged for a local call and you paying a per minute fee.
From Vphonet client to other Vphonet client
With us, users can have a virtual phone number in any of over 50 countries in the world, and receive the calls on their Vphonet in their computer.

Dear Customer,
France, Germany, Austria, Malaysia, Singapore, China Beijing and Hong Kong numbers presentation of official documentation and details will be requested. This is due to regulation authority requirements of the corresponding countries:
• The end-user's current Address
• The end-user's Passport or IC number
• The end-user's name, business and phone contact details.
Failure to submit this information will result in the blockage of your allocated Virtual Number as Vphonet is responsible for Virtual Number registration and legal use. The ordered service will not be refundable.
