I am having trouble logging in.

Answer:
First ensure that you are using the correct username and password for your account. If you have forgotten your password you can request to send you the password to youe email account.
If your password is correct but you are having trouble logging into the Vphonet you may be having Internet connections problems.
If you are using windows built-in firewall, Go to Start menu --> Settings --> Control Panel --> Windows firewall. If 'Do not allow exceptions' is ticked, please untick it.

Some firewalls like ZoneAlarm don't present any problem. The user should allow Vphonet to access the Internet at the first time to the question presented by the firewall.
