The Video message is a great way to say how much you love that person even he or she is miles away from you.
A video message can be recorded and sent to email address.
In order to record video message and send via email you need to install camera on your computer.
A video message can be recorded and sent to any other Vphonet user, as long as that user is online.
You can also send video message to any e-mail address.
Step by step
• Open video session window.
• Press Video msg button.
• The video message window will open press the Record button to start recording your message.
• You can record your message up to 1 minute.
• Type Vphonet number or email address.
• Press Send button.
The video message can be send to other Vphonet user only if that user is online.
Before you will send the video message you can play it and save in your files.
All messages that has been send or just recorded has been saved in your files.
Explanation:
(1) Movie - shows you how you record your message.
(2) Maximize recorded message. By pressing on the button the played message will appears on full screen of your computer.
(3) This button gives information about person you calling to. This information are provide by the user.
(4) Address Book - all your contact are in the address book.
(5) Add Contact - you can add contact to your address book, In the address field the username must appear in order to add it to the address book.
(6) Cycle a call - if you are during voice call by pressing this button you will start a video call with the same person you call in voice
(7) Brightness and contrast - adjust the colors of the video call
(8) Moving when the recorded message is playing.
Recording video message
• Press the "Video" button
• Press the "Video msg" button to record the message
• Press the "V. email" button to record a video message that will be send to e-mail address.
All recorded messages are saved on your computer. (My document-> Vphonet file -> Sent video messages file). You can access the messages any time you want.
