The chat is really a "text chat," because the conversing is accomplished by typing on the keyboard, not speaking.
Each keystroke is transmitted as it is pressed.
Private instant chat is available between all Vphonet users.
You can chat with many other users simultaneously, also during other calls, such as voice or video calls or file transfers.
Instead of talking, you could type with instant messaging.
This works really well when you are sharing information like a web site address, e-mail addresses.
It is easier than spelling out, Vphonet lets you edit messages you want to send.
You can choose the color and format of the text you typing.
You can send an instant message by pressing send button or by pressing Enter on your keyboard.
All chat setting you can change in Vphonet options-> Chat submenu.
Starting chat session
• Press the "Chat" button
• Choose username or type in the address field. Press the "Sent" button to start chat session.
