Refusing incoming calls sends a message defined by you to anyone that calls you, whether instantly or after a specified delay.
Making free calls
• Open Vphonet preferences window and select Call management.
• Select select "Refuse with text" check box and type short message
• Select the time a refuse call will take an action e.g. 10s
• Press the Apply button
• Press the OK button to close and save your setting
