With Call Forwarding, you can redirect incoming Vphonet calls to another Vphonet user for free or for cheap to mobile phone or landline number.
Call forwarding works also for forward incoming calls from Virtual Number to other phone.
If you are on the other side of the world with no Internet access and you wish your friends and family to call you, as they usually calling you, use call forwarding feature.
Call Forwarding means you can answer Vphonet calls when you are not on Vphonet.
And if you are expecting an important call, you can choose to forward the call in 2 different options.
Enable unconditionally
This option means that you can forward your calls to any number you want when Vphonet is online or offline.
to make call forwarding to telephone type: + country code and phone number. E.g. +972541111225
Enable offline
This option means that you the calls will be forwarded to any number you want only if Vphonet is offline.
Making call forwarding
• Open the "Vphonet preferences" window.
• Select the "Call management" submenu.
• To Enable call forwarding at once select the radio button and type username or phone number.
• To forward calls to any landline or mobile phone you have to type: + country code and phone number.
• Press the "Apply" button and then the "OK" button to save changes
Calls forwarded to other Vphonet user are free of charge. Calls forwarded to mobile or landlines phone are not free. With call forwarding you can answer your Vphonet calls even are not currently at home in front of your computer. So you could be away from your computer and forward the call to your mobile or telephone anywhere you want
After changes has been saved all calls will be forwarded to the destination username or phone number.
