All incoming calls are indicated by a caller name and number (caller ID), unless the caller has blocked his name and number.
You can hide your Caller name (username) and Vphonet number (v-number) from anyone you call.
This feature is always active till you change it.
Unmarked check box allows you to make discreet calls.
If the party you are trying to reach has Vphonet number, your number will not appear on their Vphonet screen and they will not see your number in the Event Log window.
Step by step how to change this feature
• To setup this additional feature open Call management window
• Select the check box "Transmit my name and number"
• Press Apply button to setup your setting
• Press OK button to close the window
If the check box is selected your friend will know who is calling to. Your name will appear in the Vphonet main GUI.
