Voice calls can be deflected from Vphonet to another Vphonet number or from Vphonet to phone. Call deflection can be performed immediately while receiving the call, or after a preset timeout. In order to deflect calls your Vphonet should be online.

With call deflection you can answer your Vphonet calls even are not currently at home in from of your computer. So you could be away from home and deflect the call to your mobile or telephone in the office*.
Step by step how to deflect the calls
• Open the Options window -> Call management
• type the phone number or choose the number from your Address Book,
• Press OK button to settup
Thers is no additional cost for friends to call you.
* Remember that deflected calls to mobiles or landline phones are treated as an outgoing calls and You should have Calling Out credit activated on your account.
